Today, 3:10pm Monday August 10, 2016, it worked for me.

At 10:00am it didn't.  Nothing I did worked.

So... maybe running Auslogics removed the bugs that were preventing my brother from

reading the post about Gervasio Pangilinan y Enríquez.
