El regalo de la vida de quienes, como Martí, como Rizal, Juana de Arco, Martin Luther King Jr., Florence Nightingale, Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz, es que han elevado nuestra consciencia humana un peldaño, y de allí, ya no baja. The gift of the lives of such human beings as Martí, Rizal, Joan of Arc, Martin Luther King Jr., Florence Nightingale, Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz, is that our human consciousness rose a step with each of them, and from there, it no longer descends. Whether we know how or want to strengthen those steps or weaken them in our lives, is our freedom.

But those steps are already there, forever.

And the intentions of awakened consciousnesses that say YES, can flip the switch in a flash on those that have always said NO.
