My first seminar of Psychobioenergy Bessi

A defining moment. My first seminar on the energy work I've done since I met Adriana Bessi in November 1994. She helped me overcome a clinical depression in two weeks. In four hours, actually. Two one-hour meetings of group energy work and two one-hour individual sessions in which she worked with me, mobilizing my cerebro-spinal system.

She died in February 2008 at the age of 85, about to turn 86. Adriana was a wonderful human being, a living Buddha. Very strong, very no-nonsense. Italian born and raised. Traumatized by World War II and the murder of her father by the Nazis, she moved to Chile to join a cousin who had immigrated here. She came with her husband, two children and her mother.

Adriana was psychic. She studied music and was a concert pianist. But life did not want her to become a world-renowned musician. Time and again she suffered accidents that harmed her development in that direction. In her early twenties, riding a Vespa with her two year old son, a drunk crossed her path and she fractured her elbow trying to protect her son as they fell.

That was the end of her budding international career in music.

Later when she had settled in Chile, she taught the accordion and piano to earn an extra income besides working with her second husband, managing a restaurant. She loved to play the piano for herself. They had an accident and both of her hands were crushed underneath the car. She said her hands were reduced to bags of broken bones. The doctors said she would never play again. By practicing Psychobioenergy, which she discovered in 1980, she recovered and years later succeeded in playing piano again.

Her first husband abandoned her and she turned to selling transistor radios as a street vendor, to feed her mother and children. She had always healed people without charging them. Later when she remarried she received a message from above that she would earn her living as an energy therapist. And she began to do so when her husband got ill and could no longer work, and she had to support her family again on her own. That was when she made her discovery of Psychobioenergy. It was traumatic: the Cosmic Magnet tore away from her personal magnet, the layers of toxins that she had accumulated as a result of treating so many sick people, and it almost killed her. Her body thickened by 19 cms overnight. She stopped producing tears and perspiration. She had intense tachycardia and very high fever. She was seeing spirals of smoke in the room but no one else saw anything. Then she saw a massive block of fog with words in gold written across it, that explained to her what was happening. She was immobilized, as if a mountain of ice were crushing her. She read the words but couldn't retain anything in her memory. The following night as she lay in bed she saw the vision again, but this time, only the golden writing. It said that she had discovered the way to recycle and transform human energy effectively and she should continue to practice it without changing anything. That her thickened body would gradually return to normal.

When the Cosmic magnet removed the accumulated
