Inelia Benz was born in Chile. But according to this interview (See link to interview in Project Avalon: http://projectavalon.net/) this is the first-ever time she has been on Earth. Her mission is to raise the frequency of the planet and of the human collectivity. Watch the interview.

Very Important Message from her: REJECT THE FEAR MONGERING that has got our entire planet sick to death. There is something going on that is Big. Our planet is raising its frequency, and the heretofore Lords of the Earth are trying to prevent this from happening.

But this is a violation of Laws. No. 1 - Free Will. No. 2 - The Law of Concomitance with other worlds. Inelia incarnated because one can only act here as a human being; otherwise it would be interference with humanity's free will. She is thus an arbiter.

We are being kept asleep and are being bombarded with fear. But the Dark energies are out of time, they are out of process. They must GO, they must STOP.
