Each day I come to love and appreciate nature around me more and more.
I feel grateful for every new sunny morning I awake to;
The good health and safety of my families all over the world;
The companionship that my two beautiful cats --Nephthys and Oropel-- lavish on me.
The abundance of delicious food and clean drinking water that nourish me at all hours.
This beautiful country I live in, this vibrant city full of simple, friendly people.
The life I've led, which has been nothing but interesting and challenging.
The great genes my parents gave me.
The stories in which all my human relationships are steeped, full of humor, serendipity, color.
My friends, who are intelligent, kind, resourceful, brave, creative, inspiring to me.
My children, nephews and nieces, ditto.
My work, my colleagues, the clients I translate for, my patients and co-practitioners of energy work.
And I am thankful for the holographic perfection and equilibrium of life in me and around me, the vastness of the universe that we are part of, the infinity of the uncountable universes aside from our own, which tells us that we are likewise limitless, of infinite potential for expansion, growth, evolution.
AH, what a wonderful, incredible thing it is to be alive, right now, right here.
If I concentrate, focus, feel connected, and give back this vibration of thankfulness and keen pleasure, I send it to all sentient beings as a blessing and a gift, in return for the gifts and blessings I am given, in an unending stream, at every second of my life. Why, even the air that surrounds me, nourishes my existence with unstinting abundance.
